Episode #4: How Art Therapy Heals with Aubrey Santos

In this episode, I get to talk to Aubrey Santos (@aubreyunbreakable), an Intuitive Coach specializing in Art Therapy. Aubrey raises awareness of the subconscious through the power of art therapy—a field that she discovered she wanted to delve in when she was just 20 years old!

Over the years, she has refined her coaching style in a way where she works from a holistic perspective because she believes that all things are connected. She knows that each part of a client’s identity has an important place in the coaching that they need.

Currently based in Brazil, Aubrey was able to get both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree related to psychology and therapy. However, looking at her professors and colleagues, she realized that she was not to type to work endlessly, only to enjoy life once she’s 40. This led to her eventually and subconsciously calling herself a coach and helping others heal by harnessing the creativity within them.
