Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all services and products offered by Stephanie Smolders. They are written in plain language, so the Client knows where they stand before making a purchase.

✦ 1. Parties and scope

The business. Stephanie Smolders works under the business name Inbismo, registered in the Netherlands. In these terms, “the business” means Stephanie Smolders working under this business name.

The Client. “The Client” means the person or business that buys a service or product from Stephanie Smolders.

Contact. The business can be reached at in**@***************rs.com.

Scope. These terms apply to every purchase from this business:

  • 1:1 Mentorship
  • Signature Shift Session
  • Brand Channeling
  • The Evolution Mastermind
  • VIP days
  • Workshops and live days
  • Digital products (guides, recordings, online programs and other products that are downloaded or accessed online)

Guidelines pages. Each offer has its own sales page or guidelines page with the specific conditions, such as what is included and any minimum period. These conditions are part of the agreement. Where a guidelines page differs from these terms, the guidelines page for that offer applies.

Age. The Client must be 18 or older.

✦ 2. Agreement, prices and payment

Start of the agreement. The agreement starts when the Client pays, or when the Client accepts in writing, whichever comes first. An email reply such as “I agree to the guidelines” counts as written acceptance.

Match call. For some offers, a match call takes place first. The business may decline to work with a Client if it is not a good fit. Any amount already paid is then refunded in full.

Prices. Prices are shown on the sales page, in the proposal, on the guidelines page or in the payment link, with a clear note on whether VAT is included. VAT is charged where the law requires it. For business clients outside the Netherlands, VAT may be reverse-charged or may not apply. The invoice shows this.

Payment method. Payment is made through the payment link (Stripe) or by invoice. Invoices are due within 14 days.

Monthly offers. Monthly offers are paid in advance for each monthly period. The first period starts on the day of the first payment, which can be any day of the month.

Payment plans. A payment plan spreads the price over time; it does not lower it. If the Client stops paying, the full price remains due.

Late payment. If a payment fails or is late, the Client receives a reminder. If the amount is still unpaid 14 days after the reminder, the business may pause sessions and access until payment is received, and may charge the interest and collection costs allowed under Dutch law.

Price changes. The business may change prices for new purchases at any time. For monthly offers, the Client receives at least 1 month’s notice before a new price applies. The Client may stop before the new price takes effect.

✦ 3. Sessions: booking, rescheduling and missed sessions

These rules apply to all live sessions: 1:1 Mentorship, Signature Shift Sessions, integration calls and the 1:1 session within the Mastermind. VIP days, workshops and live days follow the rules on their own sales page or guidelines page.

  • Location. Sessions take place on Zoom, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Booking. The Client books sessions through the booking link.
  • Rescheduling. A session can be moved free of charge if the Client gives notice at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellation or no-show. A session cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or missed, counts as used. In case of a genuine emergency, Stephanie will consider the situation with care. Offering a new moment is then a courtesy, not a right.
  • Late arrival. Stephanie waits 15 minutes. After that, the session counts as used.
  • Cancellation by Stephanie. If Stephanie is ill or something urgent comes up, she informs the Client as soon as possible. A new moment is scheduled and the Client does not lose the session.

✦ 4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

The Client has 14 days after purchase to withdraw from the agreement, without giving a reason.

  • Who. European law gives this right to consumers. This business extends the same 14 days to all clients, including business clients.
  • Period. The 14 days start on the day after the agreement starts: the day of payment or written acceptance.
  • How. The Client uses the Cancel my purchase button on the website, or sends an email. The model form below may be used, but is not required. A clear statement is enough. The withdrawal must be sent before the 14 days end. Receipt is confirmed by email.
  • Refund. The amount paid is refunded within 14 days after the withdrawal is received, using the same payment method. No costs are charged.
  • Work already started. If the Client asked for the work to start within the 14 days, the Client pays for the part already delivered and receives the rest back. This also applies during the minimum period of 1:1 Mentorship and the Mastermind.
  • When the right ends early.
    • Services: when the service is fully delivered, the Client asked for it to start right away, and the Client knew the right of withdrawal would end once it was delivered. For example: the session and integration call have taken place, the Brand Channeling audio has been delivered, or the workshop day has taken place.
    • Digital products: as soon as the Client downloads or opens the product, after agreeing to start right away and acknowledging that the right of withdrawal ends.

✦ 5. Results and responsibility

  • All services are delivered with care, experience and honesty.
  • The business does not guarantee results such as income, clients or growth. Results depend on the Client’s choices and actions, and on factors outside anyone’s control.
  • The services are mentoring. They are not therapy, and not medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Human Design and astrology are used as tools for reflection, not as facts or predictions.
  • The Client makes their own decisions and remains responsible for their business, brand, social media and website.
  • A Client going through a mental health crisis is advised to contact a doctor or therapist. Stephanie is happy to work alongside them.

✦ 6. Liability

  • The liability of the business is limited to the amount the Client paid for the offer concerned. For monthly offers, this is the amount paid in the last 3 months.
  • The business is not liable for indirect damage, such as lost income or missed opportunities.
  • The business is not responsible for tools provided by other companies, such as Zoom, Telegram, Notion and Stripe.
  • These limits do not apply to damage caused on purpose or through gross negligence, and do not limit the rights of consumers under the law.

✦ 7. Confidentiality

  • Everything the Client shares remains confidential, unless the law requires disclosure.
  • Stephanie may use insights from the work in her content, always anonymously: without names or details that can identify the Client.
  • The Client’s name or words are only used as a testimonial with the Client’s written permission.

✦ 8. Intellectual property

  • Everything created by the business remains its property, including audios, guides, slides, exercises and frameworks. The Client may use these for themselves and their own business. Publishing, reselling or teaching them as their own is not permitted.
  • Everything the Client creates remains the property of the Client.

✦ 9. Privacy

Personal data is handled with care and in line with European privacy law (GDPR). To deliver the services, the business uses tools such as Zoom, Telegram, Notion and Stripe. More information is available in the privacy policy.

✦ 10. Breaks and illness

  • Holidays and breaks are announced in advance.
  • If Stephanie is ill or temporarily unable to work, sessions are rescheduled. Monthly payments are paused during that time.
  • If Stephanie is unable to work for more than 2 months, the Client may choose to end the agreement and receives a refund for anything paid but not delivered.

✦ 11. Termination by the business

  • The business may end the agreement in writing if the Client does not pay after a reminder, behaves disrespectfully towards Stephanie or other participants, or breaks the confidentiality of a group. Amounts due up to that moment remain payable.
  • If the business ends an offer for its own reasons, the Client receives a refund for the part not delivered.

✦ 12. Complaints

Complaints can be sent by email. A reply follows within 14 days, and a solution is sought together with the Client. If no solution is found, a consumer may also turn to a consumer organisation or court in their own country.

✦ 13. Applicable law

  • Dutch law applies to all agreements with this business.
  • Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
  • A consumer living in another EU country keeps the protection of the consumer law of their own country, and may also go to a court where they live.

✦ 14. Website and emails

  • When signing up for a free download or the newsletter, the subscriber receives the newsletter. Unsubscribing is possible at any time through the link in every email.
  • The content of this website belongs to Stephanie Smolders. Sharing and linking is welcome; copying requires permission.
  • This website is not responsible for the content of external websites it links to.

✦ 15. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. A new version applies to purchases made after the update. For monthly offers, the Client receives at least 1 month’s notice before a change takes effect.
