  • What if I fail? That’s what she asked me during our very first session.
Her voice cracked, and I could feel the weight of those words through the screen. She had just poured her heart out, sharing the dreams she secretly held close.
Dreams she never shared with anyone because the fear of judgment was too loud. Her biggest fear wasn’t failure.
It was the belief that she wasn’t enough to succeed. I could see how tired she was.
Tired of playing small
Tired of putting others first
Tired of being stuck in a loop of “what-ifs” But I also saw something else:
A tiny spark a part of her that knew she was meant for more. Over the next few months, we worked on reigniting that spark.
In her personal life and business, because they’re deeply connected. She started asking herself the hard questions:
✨ What do I really want?
✨ Who do I want to work with if I could choose?
✨ What stories have I been carrying that no longer serve me?
✨ Who do I want to become when I stop trying to fit into everyone else’s expectations? It wasn’t easy.
She cried. She journaled.
She pushed back against years of beliefs that told her to stay small. But she kept showing up. For herself. And last week, she sent me a voice note.
Tears streaming down her face but with the biggest smile:
“I just said no to a project that didn’t feel aligned, and I’m pitching an idea that lights me up. For the first time, I feel in charge of my own business.” This wasn’t just a business win it was a life win.
 She didn’t just learn to set boundaries or take bold steps…
She learned to trust herself again. Her story reminds me of this:
Transformation doesn’t happen when we’re ready.
It happens when we’re willing.
✨ Willing to pause
✨ Willing to reflect
✨ Willing to choose ourselves Are you ready to choose yourself?

  • Growing & Grieving Sharing a little window into my heart, without needing to say it all. But 11/11 says it all Right now, I’m holding space for both grief and growth. I’m releasing parts of myself and visions for the future that no longer match, while also making room for new light—a physical glow-up, the joy in simple moments like watching a butterfly, the depth of true friendship, and the steady support I feel around me. All while realizing that my business is my anchor, a place of stability that holds me through all of it, and I’m so grateful for this foundation.
